Help create a global network of locally owned and operated
small hotels where savvy travelers can be in touch with
local people and with the world's environmental and cultural
treasures. Peaceful World Bed and Breakfasts are places of
exchanges between the local community and international
travelers. They afford visitors experiential contact with
local traditions, problems and answers. They are about
participation! And good ideas! And friendships!
Start a bed and breakfast! If you live in an "overdeveloped"
country, let your small hotel become your joyful career, a
networking center for the world. In a developing country,
help local people get started for an income of their own.
How do I start?

First, you purchase a suitable building

Or you find a motel or small hotel in operation now and
purchase that and create it anew

Or you find owners who are retiring and help them out as
resident managers with purchase option for you

Or you find owners who are retiring and they just want
someone to take over the daily responsibilities, and you
work out an arrangement with them.
This is presuming you have years of successful business
experience in B&B operation and have done a lot of research.
A good way to start out is to find employment in a b&b you
admire, and learn the ins and outs, the ups and downs. You
might even be good enough they would invite you to come in
as a partner.
Or if you are in a third world country you can organize the
local community to build and operate a B&B that they own.
This is good for Peace Corps volunteers and travelers with
long-term commitment to developmental entrepreneurship.
The Business Side and the Creative Side
Management of Peaceful World bed & breakfasts requires two
kinds of people, first the operational-business manager and
second, the person who makes the Inn unique, the
spiritual-creative manager. The person in the first role may
already be an experienced b&b owner, or he or she can learn
this profession at other B&Bs.
Aspiring spiritual managers, the visionaries of which Sami
Sunchild is a prime example, can apprentice themselves to
her. For a financial donation which is earmarked for
Peaceful World development and loans in third world
countries, Sami will help you bring out the best of your own
creative, spiritual and social talents.
Through career consultation, Sami Sunchild can help you
develop your own themed B&B in a way that will attract media
attention and a stream of satisfied customer-clients.

 Part
of your agreement, just as Sami teaches you, will be your
promise to mentor two or more other spiritual directors for
other Peaceful World Inns, donating your fees to a fund for
Peaceful World Centers in developing countries.
